Ingredients
1 large head of Kale
Method
Preheat oven to 400 F
Wash the kale and dry well with paper towels. An important step to crisp chips.
Do not use the stem of the Kale but tear the leafs into bite-sized pieces (not too small).
Put the leaves into a large bowl. Pour in one - two teaspoons of olive oil and massage the oil into each kale piece.
Line a flat baking tray with foil and spray with cooking oil. Lay the kale in a single layer on the tray.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes watching to ensure they do not burn. It took mine a little over 5 minutes to be done. When the edges change color, remove immediately and they should be stiff to the touch. Sprinkle sea salt over the chips and enjoy.
